- The Centre cancels or discontinues a scheduled class/program.
- The student withdraws before the program start date (with written notice).
In such cases, the refund will be processed within 10–15 working days, after deducting any administrative or processing charges.
3. Missed Classes or Dropouts
- No refunds or transfers are allowed for missed classes or early withdrawal once the program has commenced.
- Students may request make-up sessions subject to instructor availability.
